Established in 1993, Silver100 is a modern aluminum product corporation integrating R&D, industrial exhibition and product processing. Besides, it has established three production bases separately distributed in Nanhai Dali, Nanhai Shishan, and Shandong Chiping. The company produces and distributes six categories of building and ornamentation materials (over 500 series and 1000 specifications) featuring anodic oxidation, electrophoresis coating, fluorocarbon spray, powder spraying, wood grain and heat insulation.
2. Where is the company located? How far is it from the Guangzhou Airport?
It is located in Shishan town, Nanhai district, Foshan city, Guangdong province. It is about 40 minutes away from the Guangzhou Airport.
3. What kind of superficial treatment can your company process?
Anodized, powder coating, electrophoresis, wood grain and heat insulation.
There are 2 advanced production lines for anodizing, 3 lines for powder coating.
4. Can your company handle drawbench and polishing?
Though we can’t do drawbench and polishing, we can outsource these jobs to trusted supplier.
5. How long does the delivery time last?
It generally takes about 20~25 days from the deposit to delivery for 1*40 ordinary containers. The actual time depends on the product quantity ordered.
6. How long does it need to put the new module into production?
It takes about 7~15 days.
7. What’s your company’s capacity?
The capacity is 60,000 tons per year.
8. What kind of facilities do your company possess?
Our company owns 24 extruding presses, 3 horizontal spray paint lines, 2 oxidant lines, and 1 wood grain production line. The machine production capacity ranges from 600 tonnes, 800 tonnes, 1000 tonnes, 1200 tonnes, 1800 tonnes, 3000 tonnes to 3600 tonnes. They can produce various materials including 6063, 6061，6463，6005，6060，6082，1050，1060，1070，1100 and 5082. They can also produce materials of various sizes like large size, medium size and small size. In recent years, the company has introduced internationally advanced facilities and modern technology from Japan, Italy, UK, Korea, Switzerland and Germany, in order to follow the market trends. In particular, the company has introduced extruding presses from Japan Ube and spray paint facilities from Swiss GEMA, improving the product quality to a new level. At present, the annual production capacity can reach as large as 60000 tonnes. It is predicted that the company will introduce two vertical spray-paint lines.

12. What’s the thinnest thickness of the door and windows?
Door and windows: outside 1.4mm, inside 1.2mm. That of the door is 2.0mm, and that of the window is 0.8mm. The materials depends on the actual situation.
